Suurstoffi Wood-Skyscraper Risch-Rotkreuz
The first Swiss timber high-rise was built on the former Suurstoffi 22 industrial site in Risch-Rotkreuz on Lake Zug.
A unique and climate-neutral quarter was created here. In the timber high-rise, we provided the specialist planning and specialist construction management for HVAC on 2000 m2 for the tenant fit-out over two floors of a medical technology company.
