The «Aglaya» high-rise garden building was built on the former «Suurstoffi» industrial estate in Rotkreuz, Zug. The concept of stacked gardens was realized. Each apartment in the high-rise building has its own individual garden.

In this building, which is unique in Switzerland, we planned the tenant fit-out for the co-working provider «Spaces» over three floors and provided support in the specialist construction management of HVACSE.

Ventilation units with cooling and heating registers were installed on each floor and cooling ceilings were installed in the offices.

The energy supply is ensured via the anergy network built in the basic extension.
